The Quack & Crumb From Scratch Bakery is now at Trails End Farmers’ Market.  Abby started out in 2016 baking from scratch from fresh ingredients.  Her passion grew as she completed the baking programme in London at Fanshawe College.  The Quack & Crumb began as an idea rooted in comfort, care, and doing things properly — no shortcuts, no rushing, just honest baking made with intention. This year taught Abby that growth doesn’t always look big in the moment, but it adds up quickly when you keep showing up.  She bakes the most delicious, mouth watering, yummy desserts, including pies, tarts, squares, crumble bars, cupcakes and cakes, not to mention fresh bread and rolls. 

Come try out her wares every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. here at Trails End Farmers’ Market, 4370 Dundas St. just 3 km east of Veterans Memorial Parkway.
